Anyone have a C program to generate random IO?

I seem to remember someone having a program that would seek to random
points of a file and read a configurable amount of data.  My company
needs to do some testing around SAN and NAS throughput and this
utility would help.  If has the utility I am thinking of, would you
mind posting a reply with the URL or emailing it to john.darrah at
usa.net.  Please don't reply to the email on this post because I have
forgotten the password.
