What actions do you want to audit? There is audit command in the database, there is fine-grained auditing, you can audit practically whatever you want from the database. As for the www stuff, real programmers do not use iSQL*Plus, they stick to the good, old CLI version. Other then that, web servers usually have access logs, so you can find out who connected from where and when.
