Actually, I've found Geocities to be quite willing to help stop copyright abuse and the like in the past.
I'd like a nickel for every time I appear to be a good deal less cynical about the IT industry than a lot of other folk appear to be!!
I doubt they can do anything about Mr Omlet, because his content itself is strictly within their terms of service (I suppose one could try the argument that reliance on hit ratios is obscene, but it sounds like a sticky wicket on thin ice to me). But we'll see whether they appreciate the way he is promoting Geocities. One can but try.
