You just modify /etc/redhat-release to contain...

Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon)

Basic 10g installs on Fedora 2 with a 2.6 kernel, but the installation of the Enterprise Manager fails on the setup tests ( I aparrently have 0MB of memory! ). Just make sure you set up your server as requested before starting. IIRC, it helps if ORACLE_BASE, ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID are set first.

As you are also on a 2.6 kernel, I expect that you'll find the same on your box.
