Probably in %ORACLE_HOME%\admin\%ORACLE_SID%\bdump, or search for files with your SID in the name. Might be named something like a concatentation of your SID with alrt. Things can vary based on the setup and installation. You might also try show parameter background_dump_dest from SQL. In fact, you might spool a file and just say show parameter so you can see all of them in a file at your leisure.
