Checked Metalink and Oracle 8i was expected / certified to work only with these versions of RedHat.
++ Red Hat 6.0 , Red Hat 6.1 , Red Hat 6.2 , Red Hat 6.2 ( EE ) , Red Hat 7.0 , Red Hat 7.1 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS/ES 2.1
