Hi,

If the question is "can we remove a site from a replication environment" in case of problems with that site, the answer is yes, use DBMS_REPCAT.REMOVE_MASTER_DATABASES.

If the site removed is the master definition site, you have to choice another one DBMS_REPCAT.RELOCATE_MASTERDEF.
