You can do it with synonyms (i.e. CREATE SYNONYM TABLE1A FOR SCHEMA1.TABLE1 and
CREATE SYNONYM TABLE1B FOR SCHEMA2.TABLE1 - you can then join TABLE1A and TABLE1B).
