• Operating system version (e.g. WinXP Service Pack 1, 32 bit)
• Oracle Database software version (e.g. 9i Release 2 base release, 9.2.0.1.0)
• Edition (e.g. Standard Edition)
• any patchsets that have been applied (e.g. 9.2.0.5.0)

and please paste the output of the following command so that we know if you have an IP address bound to a NIC - but feel free to strip out any info that would divulge private info:

C:\> ipconfig /all

that's a start.
