Oracle 9.2 Database - after instalation

I have just installed Oracle 9.2 Enterprise Edition database on Windows XP.



After instalation i opened console manager i and I wanted to log into
the database (the one created during instalation process)
"Database Connect Information" windows shows up and I enter:



Username:system


Password:manager (that was the default password as far as I remember)
Service:ORCL


Connect as:Normal



and it replies:


ORA-12541: TNS:brak procesu nasłuchu



Any ideas??
