Oracle9i Installation on Windows 2k Server

Hi, I am new to Oracle, in fact I am trying to install Database server on my
windows 2k server. My Server has windows 2k SP 4 installed. I have oracle 9i
CD set and when I try to run the installation from 1st CD, welcome screen
and it disappears and nothing happens afterwards.





Can someone tell me what the problem here is?
