People on the phone are there just to enter your problem or question and then hand the SR over to a technical person. If you can use newsgroups you can also use Metalink and describe your problem yourself - which saves the tech guy time as he has a good description, and saves you phone time.
Oh and yeah, use English, not German to describe your problem, otherwise it won't get to the tech guy anyway ;-) but ends up in a translation queue.
You may not like it, but that's the best way to get support.
