I installed patchset 9.2.0.4.0 on  a 9.2.0.2.0 server (OpenVms).



Everything installed ok. The database still reports that it is runing
9.2.0.2.0 this is


the number thats displayed in banner when logging in using sqlplus. Is this
normal behavior, or


have I done something wrong.
