I'd go for this option. The HD was bigger. You might want to consider more memory, but you can always add that later. With a system at home, you aren't as concerned about performance since you'll be the only one on the system. So one HD and one CPU will do just fine. Your biggest things to worry about are the HD size and the amount of memory. And you might want to consider your OS. I'd rather play with Oracle on Linux than on Windows.
