I do not believe Orace supports any command to do this. I reviewed the 9.2 SQL manual entries for alter tablespace and the rename command, neither seem to support this.

As with versions 6 - 8.1 you have to create the new tablespace and migrate your objects to it.

You might be able to use the transportable tablespace option of exp/imp to perform most of the work for you.
