Go to Metalink and click on the Patches button. Then, choose New Metalink Patch Search. Then choose the pulldown menu and select Product or Family. In the text box, type "RDBMS Server". In the Release pulldown menu, choose 9.2.0. Then click Go. The 9.2.0 patchset is Patchset#2761332.
