OraExcel, IIRC, is a third-party tool sold by a troll that spammed here a lot last year.

My attitude toward him, and his product, are fueled by the fact that he refused to post in c.d.o.marketplace even though asked repeatedly by many of us.

Well that and the fact that it is a tool that does something easily done with spool.
