created user and tablespace in sqlplus but doesn't appear in oem

Greetings I created a user and tablespace in sqlplus, but when I start
enterprise manager ( i'm logging into a management server) the user and
tablespace do not appear.


In sqlplus everything works fine, I can log into the database with the new
user. I  also created a table and stored it into the tablespace, so it does
exist.



How do I get the user and tablespace to show up in oem?



Any help would be appreciated.
