Hi gurus,

I installed Oracle 9i database 9.2.0.1.0 on WindowXP Prof, but found no tnsnames.ora in oracle_home/network/admin. I reinstalled and same thing happened. lsnrctl status shows

........

Connecting to (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(PORT=1521)) TNS-12541: TNS:no listener
 TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

  TNS-00511: No listener
32-bit Windows Error: 61: Unknown error

lsnrctl start shows the following. Please help.
