Installing 9i and 8i into some ORACLE_BASE

I am running on Solaris 8 64-bit.



I currently have Oracle 9.2.0.3 64-bit installed with the following:



ORACLE_BASE=/u01/app/oracle


ORACLE_HOME=$ORACLE_BASE/product/9.2.0.3



I also need the 8.1.7 client on this machine as well. Is there any 
danger with installed it as so:



ORACLE_BASE=/u01/app/oracle


ORACLE_HOME=$ORACLE_BASE/product/8.1.7
