Re: DBCA cannot run

I change the shmmax to 2147483648

I have set $ORACLE_HOME=/u01/oracle/product/9.2.0.1

and their is an entiry in the /etc/oratab

when I check the $ORACLE_HOME/bin/dbca
I found that it need to run with JRE

it seems the JRE doesn't work . because after I type $ORACLE_HOME/JRE/bin/jre

no any message output .

if type /usr/local/java/bin/jre , it will output help message
