I have tried ALL the suggestions and still I am having problems.
Here's what I have:
Real problem is I can't change the domain name of the database name to nothing. I am able to change the domain name to something else. From I have read, the DBlink name's domain name comes from the Global_name's domain name. Thus I need to change the Global_name to get rid of the domain name. But I can't. Any idea?
