Is it possible? Maybe. Is it probable? Not likely. You are running into problems with the system libraries and other things that pertain to your architecture, for which Oracle was not designed to run on.

From Metalink, I see that only Oracle 9.2 64-bit is certified on HP Itanium. How do you have 7.3.4 on this server?
