We use BEA WebLogic. Much, much, much easier to setup than 9iAS!!! And way cheaper than 9iAS. BEA is organized; 9iAS is a hodge-podge of Oracle and 3rd party stuff thrown together on a couple of CDs (and up to the customer to sort thru and make it all work together).
We only use Java (and its various flavors), so I don't know about plsql web pages (psp). One customer demanded that we provide an interface for reports ... so we had to install 9iAS ... but 9iAS has become shelfware since that customer left the fold. I don't miss 9iAS.
