8.1.7.4.10 has numerous security fixes in it and a fix in exp.exe.

the usual disclaimer applies, "one-off patchsets are not regression tested".
quite a difficult situation, when you face the tradeoff of fixing security issues and export issues, vs. possible risk associated with applying untested software.
test it in your enviroment prior to applying it to your production servers.

8.1.7.4.10 turned up issues for us in testing, still sitting back on 8.1.7.4.6.
