What is the best order to install new Tru64 box with new database?



    
  
  1.   Install Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 software, create database and apply Oracle 9.3
patchkit.
    or
  
  2.   Install  Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 software, applay 9.3 patchkit and then create
new database.
