I don't think any database running in noarchivelog mode can be
considered as a production database.
As the transaction volume on a datawarehouse is low, running in
archivelog shouldn't be an issue, and it is quite simple to set
tablespaces and partitions to read-only.
How are you going to recover your noarchivelog datawarehouse?
Export/import? You are making jokes, aren't you?
