PRO*C 8.0.6 needed (PROC.EXE)

Hello,

To port a old program form forms 4.5 to forms 6.0 (i know this is old too, but
it's the last version that has a runtime that runs on the client) i'll need Pro*C 8.0.6
because forms 6.0 (which is still downloadable from Oracle) is linked with the Pro*C 8.0.6 libs, which are incompatible with newer versions of Pro*C. The oldest Pro*C available at otn.oracle.com is 8.1.7 (included in the 8.1.7 server) - it
does not work with Forms 6.0.

I would be very happy if anybody can post or send via e-mail the neccessary Precompiler files (BTW: i need the Windows-Version) version 8.0.6. (the contents of %ORACLE_HOME%\PRO80\ directory as well as all files matching to %ORACLE_HOME%\bin\*pro* )
are missing in the Forms 6.0 distribution.
