Was the x before the '0x4..' section intentional? It gives an error. Without the x the error message is invalid rowid.
The log is full of rowid-s using the same format, so the same goes for all the logged sqls, out of which only one particular piece is causing EOF on communication channel. The server is Oracle 8.1.7.4 on a Windows 2000 server.
