So now it is up to the group to
a) get out their crystall balls to check whether 'very similar' means or doesn't mean 'identical', and whether or not you are already deciding where the solution is
b) to get out their crystall balls again to check whether the servers involved have identical specs.

If you want help you should post as much detail as you can, and not in anyway steer the solution in a particular direction by withhelding information.
