Ryan, I am assuming a PC client since you did not say. With the 7.3 (I think), 8.0, and 8.1 client CD sqlplus is a standard part of the client install. Check the Oracle bin directory for plus80 and/or sqlplus. If you have a client but sqlplus is missing (which I doubt since 8.1 gave us warnings when we tried not to install it) you should be able to install it using the custom install option.
