Hang on ! I think you may have spotted
something important here.

Housewives -

strive to keep the environment stable and maintain order in the face of a
constant overload of things to do

Dbas -

strive to ...

Housewives -

usually have children who have yet to learn to think logically, act reasonably and behave politely

DBAs -

usually have end-users who ...

Housewives -

are pestered by advertising campaigns designed to make them use products that are overpriced, ineffective and not what they need

DBAs -

are pestered by management who want to make them use ...

Housewives -

rarely receive recognition and thanks for their achievements

DBAs -

rarely ...

Just off to buy a bunch of flowers, reserve some theatre tickets and book a restaurant !!!
