A look at the manual (and I don't know why the OP did not look in it?)

it should probably be:
FOR ALL INDEXED COLUMNS SIZE 30 FOR ALL TABLES .. FOR ALL INDEXES don't make much sense. Since we are gathering schema stats .. so probably do mean "all tables" and cascade => true would mean "all indexes".

method_opt is for gathering histograms...
