Indeed not. This is irrelevant since the creator of the segment can specify whatever storage clause they like. In this case the poster told us what the storage clause for the segment was.

As Howard has said automatic segment space management has absolutely nothing to do with extent sizes. The tablespace block size is equally irrelevant.

No, No and No. Did I mention that you were incorrect? Extent management local (uniform or auto whatever) defines your tablespace level storage extent sizes - and enforces them. The DEFAULT STORAGE clause specifies what you would like (unless anyone else thinks they know better).
