What you want to do is issue a traceroute from your box to the web server. Then walk up the IP list and find the ISP. Pretty simple.

so we see that oracle.com is hosted by conxion.net - fair guess to try www.conxion.net or www.conxion.com and lo 'n behold! :)
ps: I happen to know Conxion is a hosting site --- dang great one!
