Quite often the people show lack of knowledge *did* pass their OCP.
How do you explain that?

As I view OCP:
- You can manage to pass OCP with *zilch*/zero hands-on Oracle
experience! Now how about that!
- Most OCP material is full of errors.
- Quite often the questions need what I call with a biblical term
'exegesis'. The answer to the question depends on this 'exegesis' of
questions often written in as grammatically difficult English as
possible. Hence, non-native speakers will always have a disadvantage.
I think the only good thing about OCP is that Oracle and people like you earn their income from it.
