Be sure to read the license agreement when you download it. In order to be in license compliance, you **MUST** pick up the phone and contact Oracle. Licensing depends on configurations and usage for your particular environment, and only Oracle knows how much they will gauge you.

For production environments, it seems to be about 40k per processor w/o stuff like olap, partitioning, etc. (just my .02, could be much different for your environment).
