Assuming you are on 8.0.5 running on NT then it is possible you have hit bug 882445 :

>> where SNPn dies when you dbms_job.submit a procedure with utl_file.
>> The process was not exiting correctly in NT.
>> Please apply the latest patchset for 805.

Failing that, ORA-00600 normally means log a TAR with Oracle Support.
