I'm in the same situation. Both the original supplier and the distributor, an UK consultancy firm recently acquired by Atos Origin, however deny it is the application, and consistently try to blame our firm. Customer basically agrees with our findings, can't afford to sue the consultancy firm, as that would be the end of the customer.
