Hi,



  Actually the issue with the Oracle provider is that it requires
Oracle Services for MTS to use MSDTC.  The clients are scared about
shifting to a new driver and additional components.



  I figured out that there is a "Locale Identifier" parameter that can
be used along with the connection string.  Will that help in anyway?
