So, the 9i shut down my DNS server, and I still can't run the HTTP server..........

I just install 9i on my Win2K Advanced Server, then everything just mess up with it. My DNS server can't work now. The "Oracle OraHome92 HTTPServer" can't start and I now can only run iSQL*Plus from local machine. Anyone know any guide for start running the HTTP server? help....help........ p.s: when I try to start HTTPServer service, it shows "no error for this service, but there's internal or Windows system error, contact your Administrator".
