Now I *hate* disclaimers with a vengance. its obvious from context whose opinions someones post/email is and a legal disclaimer is almost entirely ineffective at preventing legal action anyway. If it were then all postal mail would go out with an attached 6 page legal document explaining that "wot we say may not be wot we mean guv".

I however *love* the first part of Alex's disclaimer (though I doubt he works for yahoo)
