OC4J explanation

Hello,

I'm a total novice in Java, and unfamiliar with OC4J, are there any good articles/books/manuals which explain the use and architecture of OC4J and how to use it in IAS9i?

It's a pity you cannot cluster IAS instances which contain forms services, but is it possible to convert those forms servlets into OC4J? If this would be possible, then I think that the IAS9i cluster environment would be a great solution for high availability/load balancing at our site.
