first.. i tried statement level trigger


but got this..


ERROR at line 1:


ORA-04082: NEW or OLD references not allowed in table level triggers
(this was one of the errors that i wanted to ask about)
and since, i could insert or update multiple rows, i believe i have to use 
row level trigger?
