Hi Paul:

I've learnt a valuable lesson from all this: once a piece of information goes onto the web, it never truly disappears! The material is available from lots of sites (one I know of is some kind of historical archive of the entire web, apparently -the mind boggles!!).

But I can't tell you what any of them are, for which my sincere apologies.

Other posters here may be more forthcoming.
