Where are the Oracle docs?

As in being able to download the full set?
Yes, I know about tahiti and docs.oracle.



Unfortunately, not one of them lets me download the RDBMS
fullset in one go.  I have to save them one by one. Boring.



The 8i set is available in bulk, single download.
Why not 9i?  Or am I looking in the wrong spot?
