Hello,

I would like to know if the 2G size limit for _export_ ist still valid under the following circumstances:

AIX 4.3.3, 64 bit (cluster of 2)
Oracle Enterprise Edition 8.1.7, 32 bit (1 production and 1 standby instance, each on 1 cluster node)
We installed Oracle Server 32 bit only, due to the fact that we use a third small AIX 4.3.3 machine in parallel, and this is 32 bit)

Reading the Oracle Documentations, the 2G limit falls only if you have
- 64 bit OS

or
-32 bit OS with 64 bit files.

It is not clear to me, if the 2G limit is still there when Oracle Server 32 bit is installed.
I am no sysad, "only" dba.

I would appreciate any comments or tips. Thank You all in advance.
