Where do you get this from? According to the 0600 lookup utility on metalink argument 2806 is 'not yet published'. Moreover I'm pretty sure that when Oracle can't lock one of the files *ahem* someone set backup exec to backup open oracle files *ahem*, the alert log gives a message remarkably similar to 'cannot lock file# file in use by another process?.'
What 0600 means is 'something bad happened but I don't know what so I'll just dump the stack to disk so you can send it off to those nice guys at support'. And that of course is what should be done.
