I dont think its a DBWR problem, since he is getting the problem
during mount phase and not open phase.


I would increase the SHARED_POOL to atleast 14MB and the number of
DBBuffers to atleast 1000 and then try starting the instance.
By the way from next time, please specify the OS details when posting
a message.
