  1.   Try running genclntsh script in oracle_home/bin 
  
  2.   if it errors out remove the line containing "-z defs" in the
genclntsh
  
  3.   check whether libclntsh.so is generated or not .
  
  4.   run "relink all" from $O_H 






P.S its also recommened to upgarde the binutils 2.10.91.0.2-3 to
binutils-2.10.91.0.4-12.
